Risk Management Analyst

Visual Connections, LLC seeking a Risk Management Analyst. The Risk Management Analyst will develop risk mitigation recommendations based on claim trends and medical reviews.

Duties 

  • Prepare Quality Improvement and Reserve Recommendation reports.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and develop risk mitigation strategies.

  • Draft Congressional, quarterly, and ad hoc trend reports.

Requirements 

  • Master’s in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.

  • 3+ years in clinical risk management, healthcare analytics, or claims review.

  • Familiarity with ICD-9/10, CPT coding, and malpractice trends.

  • Preferred Credentials/Licenses: CPHRM
