Visual Connections, LLC is seeking Project Analyst. As a Project Analyst you will be trusted to support the Program Manager in various Programmatic activities. In this role, a typical day will include:

Duties

  • Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding for internal and subcontractor teams on awarded contracts, ensuring 100% compliance with all required documentation, VA requirements and federal protocols.

  • Develop and implement standardized processes to create efficiencies and improve workflows for contract-related tasks.

  • Maintain and report on compliance training by tracking and managing quarterly and annual training requirements for all team members.

  • Provide critical program support by assisting the Program Manager with the tracking, review, and on-time submission of all contractual deliverables.

  • Utilize task management tools to streamline and oversee key project activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and deliverable completion

  • Ensure that the project solution consistently achieves and maintains, at a minimum, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Applicability and agreed to Obligations. Each KPI requires a monthly reporting requirement. Program Analyst will be required to interpret tool dashboards and logs and quantify metrics into a monthly report.

  • Gather, analyze, and compile metrics for inclusion in the weekly deliverable. 

  • Collect and consolidate statistical data for incorporation into the weekly deliverable that match VA KPIs.

  • Create VA SOPs and training for the Palo Alto Prisma Tool suite that IT System Owners can use to understand Prisma Cloud and XSIAM. Deliver this training as necessary for the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Management, Communications, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field – equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 

  • 3+ years of experience as a program analyst, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity field. 

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and terminology. 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and program software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Microsoft 365/Teams applications, etc.)

  • Knowledge of training tools and training methodologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation.

  • Proficiency with documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, document management systems).

  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and subject matter experts.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in project management and documentation.
