Charissa Cromwell is the Director of Human Resources at Visual Connections, L.L.C. where she has over 10 years of progressive Human Resource Management and overseeing the operations of the corporate office.
Her professional experience consists of recruitment, training and employee development, employee relations and partnering with the senior leadership team to meet organizational goals. Human Resources is where she enjoys utilizing her gift of helping people.
Charissa is a long-time member of the Society for Human Resources Management where she stays current on the latest HR trends. She also sits on the Human Resources Council at Forbes Magazine, where she offers expert advice on maintaining an ethical and balanced workplace. This exposure has been a great tool in bringing in exceptional talent to VC. Charissa strongly believes in the great work environment that VC has to offer.
