We use a hybrid Program Management Office (PMO) known as the Community of Practice (CoP) to support development and service-related initiatives. The CoP concept utilizes best practices such as SCRUM and Kanban Agile, CMMI, DevOps, and PMBOK to establish methodologies, processes, and procedures to maximize performance capabilities and mitigate unacceptable risk while providing innovation and improved services.

The CoP utilizes a SharePoint Project Web Application system as the program and task order management framework to optimize collaboration, communication and resource capacity planning to inform stakeholders and senior management of performance status, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and corrective actions.
